Notice of Annual General Meeting of Young Solutions Worcestershire

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of members of Young Solutions Worcestershire to be held on Wednesday 30^th September 2015 at West Mercia Police, Hindlip Hall, Worcester, WR3 8SP at 7.00pm for the following purposes:

1. To receive and approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 9^th October 2014
2. To receive the Annual Report of the Trustees and Accounts of the year ending 31^st March 2015
3. To deal with the appointment, nomination and retirement of Trustees
4. To reappoint the Independent Examiner (Auditor)

Proxies

Members of Young Solutions Worcestershire entitled to attend and vote at the AGM may appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote in his/her place. A proxy form is enclosed and must be received no later than noon Thursday 17^th September 2015. Election of Trustees

Under the Articles Trustees are appointed at the Annual General Meeting. Members may propose a person to be appointed as a trustee by completing the enclosed nomination form and returning it no later than noon Thursday 10^th September 2015.  Forms may be submitted by post to Young Solutions Worcestershire, Severn House, 32 Ombersley Street West, Droitwich, Worcestershire, WR9 8QZ or emailed to office@youngsolutions.org.uk.

Resolutions

Members may propose a resolution to be considered at the Annual General Meeting. The resolution shall be signed by the member and must be received no later than noon Thursday 10^th September 2015.

The agenda of the meeting, the minutes of the AGM held on 9^th October 2014, the Annual Report and Accounts and the list of nominations of trustees will be circulated to the latest notified email address of all members (and their proxies) prior to the meeting.
