GET SAFE is the Worcestershire name for our multi-agency support and protection for children and young people at risk of Criminal Exploitation.

GET SAFE brings together and identifies the following criminal exploitation risks that children and young people face today across the UK: Gang-related activity, Sexual Exploitation, Trafficking, Modern day Slavery, Absent and Missing, Forced Marriage, Honour Based Violence and Female Genital Mutilation, and Criminal Exploitation.

You can visit the roadshows at the following venues:

The Worcestershire partnership includes West Mercia Police, Children’s services, Health, Education, Youth Justice, Early help services and our voluntary sector all working together alongside other agencies and existing forums within Worcestershire. This brings a joined-up focus and approach across agencies in the community in the identification and tackling of criminal exploitation of children and young people.

The partnership is committed to tackling Child Exploitation and supporting victims and their families who experience this.

Further information about GET SAFE in Worcestershire and sign posting to agencies for help and support is available on the Worcestershire council website http://www.worcestershire.gov.uk/getsafe
