Young Solutions have received a grant from West Mercia’s Police and Crime Commissioner to co-ordinate and implement a local child sexual exploitation (CSE) awareness campaign. Operating across the region we will work with hoteliers, B&B proprietors and taxi drivers to raise awareness of CSE.

Thorough our project, The Right Solutions, we will be supporting businesses to demonstrate they are young person friendly and that they are taking safeguarding responsibilities seriously. We will work with hotels, taxi drivers and B&B’s to:

• Disrupt perpetrators by reducing opportunities;
• Reduce numbers of potential victims;
• Raise awareness;
• Promote greater vigilance, recognition of CSE and knowledge of where to report suspicious behaviour or a vulnerable person at risk;
• Increase understanding of how perpetrators could involve their business in CSE and human trafficking, and therefore ways to prevent it;
• Know how to protect customers, staff and businesses.
