Young People’s Survey on Doctor’s

Post placeholder image

What do young people think about going to the doctor? How could doctors make their services better for young people?

Healthwatch Worcestershire and Worcestershire Council for Voluntary Youth Services (WCVYS) are working together to find out what young people think about health and social care services in Worcestershire. We use the feedback we are given to make suggestions to services about how things could be done better. We want to make sure that the voice of young people is heard.

We want young people from Worcestershire aged 13 to 19 to fill in our survey – giving them a chance to win a £20 iTunes voucher. The closing date is 30th April 2015.

Just click on the link below to go to the survey. We would be very grateful if you could pass this on to any young people you think may like to take part.

All responses will be kept anonymous and confidential. We will tell doctors about the findings of the survey and the things that young people think could be changed. We will also put this information on the Healthwatch Worcestershire website – www.healthwatchworcestershire.co.uk
