An exciting opportunity has been created to work in a unique charitable organisation based at the heart of Pershore in Worcestershire.

Pershore Riverside Youth Centre are looking for someone with energy and excitement that can help them take their vision to the next level. Their modern facilities are on the banks of the river Avon in the heart of the town. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in helping young people within the community to succeed.

Responsibilities of the role are to:

• Support the young people of Pershore to develop their life skills through challenging activities, working together and encouraging each other to build their confidence in each other.
• Ensure the efficient running of the Centre on a day to day basis, which will include maintaining the building, attracting funding,

This full time role offers a salary of between £25-30k depending on qualifications and experience.
