Sat 16th May – Emergency First Aid at Work
This training is being delivered as a blended course, with up to 2 hours e-learning (completed in advance in your own time) plus 4 hours of practical sessions. You must attend all parts and will not be able to access the practical sessions if the e-learning has not been completed.
This course will cover: Understand the role and responsibilities of an Emergency First Aider, know how to assess an incident, manage an unresponsive casualty who is breathing normally, manage an unresponsive casualty who is not breathing normally, recognise and assist a casualty who is choking, manage a casualty who is wounded and bleeding, manage a casualty who is in shock, use of defibrillators & understand how to manage a casualty with a minor injury.

- Location: Kidderminster District & Youth Trust, Youth House, Bromsgrove Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1PF
- Cost: £10 for voluntary sector youth organisations or Young Solutions members. £25 for non-members/non-VCS.
