We are seeking a Keyworker to join our team delivering a targeted NEET (not in employment, education or training) engagement and progression scheme. This will be initially in Wychavon and Malvern Hills Districts, but potentially countywide.

This programme will test an innovative outreach model supporting young people that complements existing Careers Worcestershire, Worcestershire County Council NEET services and Malvern Hills District Council commissioned work. It will provide evidence to inform future delivery.

An Enhanced DBS with Child & Adult Barred Lists check will be undertaken for this role (or check via the Update Service if already holding a suitable DBS).

Salary:  £14.15 per hour

Hours: 30 hours per week (negotiable)

Duration: This post is a 2-year contract to 31st August 2028

Location:  Mobile working with travel across Worcestershire. Office work can be carried out either at home or at Young Solutions, Severn House, 32 Ombersley Street West, Droitwich, WR9 8QZ
