Do you know an outstanding young person or volunteer / staff member whose effort and achievement deserves recognition? Who goes above and beyond to help others or the community? Nominate them for a Tryangle Award 2025.
Now in their 20th year, these premier annual awards celebrate the efforts of local inspirational young people and adults, who help others at home, at school or college, or within the community. We believe such effort, commitment and determination should not go unrecognised, so if you know a young achiever, volunteer or carer, make sure you nominate your own unsung hero!
Award categories
- Young People – ‘Peter Pinfield Citizenship & Environment Award’ – This award, named after a dedicated and inspiring local community champion, celebrates young people in their community. They could be someone who has helped others, volunteered, shown they are a good citizen or promoted the environment. They must live or attend a school/club in Worcestershire.
- Young People – Personal Development Award – This award is for the ‘Tryers’ – any determined young person who has demonstrated outstanding personal growth and achievement, often against the odds.
- Adult Volunteers & Staff – Amazing Adult Award – This award recognises the hard working and dedication of the people who keep our youth clubs going and provide fantastic support. We acknowledge the outstanding contribution that volunteers and staff make to clubs and organisations; celebrating the special or remarkable who make a real difference to young people. (They must be aged over 18.)
Anyone can nominate – teachers & youth workers, coaches & instructors, parents & neighbours – and our online form is simple and quick to complete.
Everyone nominated will receive a certificate of recognition of their achievement. The most outstanding in each category will also receive a prestigious Tryangle Award, which will be presented at our AGM in October.
Any young person aged 11-19 or up to 24 with a disability can be nominated for a young person’s award. Any outstanding volunteer or staff member aged over 18 can be nominated for the adult’s award.
If you know a young person or adult who works in the community, supports others, promotes well-being or inspires others, then nominate them today.
