Disclosure & Barring Service Introductory Workshop

Come along to this free online introductory Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) workshop and meet Becky Haines, DBS Regional Outreach Adviser for the West Midlands. Becky will introduce the support she can offer, give an overview of DBS products and services, and answer any questions you might have.

This workshop is open to anyone who would like to learn more about the Disclosure and Barring Service, the different checks that exist (Basic, Standard and Enhanced) and what makes a role eligible for a check, as well as when a role isn’t eligible. It will also cover the barred lists and when you have a legal duty to refer someone to DBS.
