Training Opportunity

Do you work with, or want to work with, young people in Worcestershire?

Want to gain a qualification and improve your skills, knowledge and understanding in youth work?  Then this is for you:

Level 2 Award in Youth Work Principles

The course will cover:

• The theory of youth work
• Safeguarding in a youth work setting
• Adolescent development
• Engaging and communicating with young people

The course is very interactive and will run over 4 Monday sessions, starting in January 2025. It is delivered by Youth Focus West Midlands and gives an NYA Level 2 qualification when completed and all evidence submitted.

Learning is designed to be fun and individual as well as group learning support will be available. Different ways of submitting evidence will also be available.

Monday 10^th February – 3pm – 7pm

Monday 10^th March – 3pm – 7pm

Monday 7^th April – 3pm – 7pm

Cost: £450 per learner (subsidised by Young Solutions from full price of £575)
